This project's developement is based on the three basic principles. The first one the maximun orientation towards south for a better use of the sun, equiped with the typical "gallery" layout in the "Eixample" of Barcelona. 

 

The second principle is that the ground plan incorporates the shortcut layout so popular in this neighborhood.

 

Last but not least is creating a façade for the chamfer of the block, creating an interior plaza protected from the urban transit and with a quieter atmosphere.
