This building is the result of the collision of the tensions generated by the High Line Park, NYC, and the urban street.

 

The response to the urban atmosphere is materialized by a CONCRETE BOX that protects art within it.

 

In opposition to the protection from the city, a LIGHT BOX suspends over a public plaza generating different activities to both the High Line Park and the MeatPacking District.
