Deconstructing the notion of manner vs. matter you achieve two totally independent organic elements, a public one and a private one, which interrelate by the preexisting skeleton. 

 

Formally the proposal are two amorphous volumes that twist throughout the concrete skeleton as the human intenstine would. We therefore achieve a series of organic relations between the different levels maintaining, though, the indepence of program use (public-private).
